Frequently Asked Questions
Usually either 3 or 4 different meals per day, depending on your goals and lifestyle.
The meal plan will be changing but the changes will be made depending on which meals you
aren’t particularly fond of or to adapt to new circumstances and too make sure you don’t get
bored of the same meals.
That depends on your goals, availability and progress. All members of the team have at least 3
sessions per week.
We will discuss at length your plan but online you will have the freedom to choose either training
at a gym or at home, although due to less equipment available there will be less variety of
exercise.
Simply let me know 12-24 hours in advance with good reason or; you may lose the session. All correctly cancelled sessions will be re-arranged.
