With each Nutrition Coaching package, you will be given a meal plan that will be unique, made perfectly to fit your lifestyle, likes/dislikes, goals and routines. It’s one thing to just count calories, to either gain, lose or maintain weight, but you want your diet to be HEALTHY, ENJOYABLE and most importantly keep you ENERGISED throughout the day making the diet the perfect fit for you!

As you get through the meal plan, you won’t just be given a set/fixed plan. Nothing sounds more boring than eating the same meals day in and day out and also routines can change and unexpected things can happen meaning the plan will need adapting along your journey. There will always be new options and meals to add or replace to keep the plan enjoyable and you will always be excited to try new meals.

Along the plan each week we will monitor progress together using the correct data suited to your goals. We will monitor your weight, mood, energy levels and meal enjoyment during our plan. This will ensure that the plan is constantly working and that you will also know that to get the best results you will be pushed to stay on plan.

I will make sure to keep you feeling good, motivated and driven to stay on plan and succeed at your chosen goals. We will have a weekly check in and review and we will discuss everything going on in the plan and more. I want the best for you and these reviews will ensure that we are both happy and I will be able to go over anything where you feel unsure and I will give you the extra push with knowledge and insight to get the best out of you.

1-1 Personal Training

Quality, Personal, Adaptable, Motivational, Safe and Most Importantly – Enjoyable!

In 1-1 Personal Training, you will be given exclusive and direct, in-person coaching for your workouts, alongside a personalised fitness and nutrition plan based on your goals and lifestyle. You will be given instructions for each exercise, and an extra push through the workout.

Having me by your side, you will be led through each exercise and I will make sure that your form is not only perfect, but safe. Quality of training is always better than quantity, so having a trained professional to watch you perform each exercise is going to be very beneficial, as you will know you are carrying out the workout correctly and efficiently.

You will achieve your goals in the most effective way possible; Your plan will take every detail into account and will be designed to be adaptable to fit your needs, ensuring the plan is consistently right for you.

You will be accountable to succeed with your own goals. Often, ‘flying solo’ may mean you skip some workouts or eat naughty meals. I will push you and motivate you to be the best you can be. With me motivating you, you will get through your plan and enjoy your days off training or cheat meals knowing that you have worked hard to earn them.

You will have my full attention and I will make sure you are pushed to the degree that is required for you to reach your goal. I will make myself aware of any physical limitations to ensure you are not pushed beyond a level that could cause harm or injury.

All this being said, the most important thing for me is your enjoyment. I want you to feel confident and comfortable at all times in the gym. My aim is that your plan will not feel like a chore, you will feel excited for each session and have fun during your workout!

Online Fitness Coaching

Professional, Flexible with Communication, Support and Motivation leaving you with Great Results.

With the online fitness coaching package, the information, guidance and support you will receive will be science backed, efficient and designed to be suited for you and your goals. Your workout and nutrition plan will be made in a way where it is the most effective way to get to your chosen destination.

You will be able to workout wherever and whenever you like! Once we have discussed at length your goals, lifestyle and plan moving forward, you will be given access to the trainerize app where you will find your workouts and video demonstrations of each exercise. This means that you have the freedom to workout at a time convenient for you and train at home or at a gym of your choice. You will be required to film exercises every once in a while but this is to ensure safety and correct form.

Once you have started your journey, this being after you sign up. You will be given clear instruction on your workouts and the exercises involved. After each workout, once saved on the app I can check your session and view progress. Each week we will have a chat to discuss the plan, review progress, look at ways to constantly improve and knuckle down on your goals. If there is a time during a session or through the day where you feel a bit stuck, you can ring me and I can call back when I am available or you can send me a message.

With the right plan in place, no goal is too big. Provided that there is trust and honesty in the coaching relationship, I guarantee that if you follow the plan and be honest if you mess up, you will achieve any result you choose.
