“Being apprehensive on how I’d feel doing 1-1 coaching, I thought I might feel uncomfortable and embarrassed working out with a stranger especially puffing and panting and pulling faces trying to do one extra rep but Neil has been so welcoming and friendly from day one. He is easy to talk to and ask questions. He demonstrates what to do, happy to tweak exercises if they don’t feel right for me. Available to message for advice on food and exercises. I have enjoyed my sessions and looked forward to them each week as he pushes me to work to the best I can do, always encouraging!”
