About Me

The reason I became a Fitness and Nutrition Coach was to help people gain confidence through strength training just like it did for me.

When I started strength training and mixed martial arts it was life-changing, I found the benefits it had on my mental health to be absolutely outstanding.

Once I started, I spent my life learning how the body moves, how to increase physical strength and power and how it can translate to many areas of life. Basically everything that goes into training.

I continued learning about nutrition and how to correctly fuel the body, exactly what people need to get by day to day life, and how to adapt their diet to optimize their health and life.

It is now my mission to help others get stronger, get healthier and have complete confidence in themselves.
